Ohad obtained an Ancillary Services Provider license from the Central Bank of Bahrain on May 25th, 2005 and subsequently was licensed as the first trust services provider in Bahrain.

Ohad was incorporated as a With Limited Liability (WLL) company under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain in June 2005 with the Bahrain Company Registration number 57043. It is now a Bahrain Shareholding Company (Closed) – B.S.C. (c).
